Ilma yoga house is a yoga community close to the heart of Amsterdam. We are situated at Gaasperplas, we host once a month a meditation evenings, with mantra singing and a sharing cirkel & Potluck.
In the spring and summer we give Yoga Detox retreats and we offer Mediation to couples, individuals and organisations.
We are situated near the Gaasperplas lake, 20 min from Amsterdam situated in the beautifull country the Netherlands . We love to show you around either biking to the country side, walking there are possibilities for swimming or kanoeing on the Gaasperplas lake.
We also offer opportunities for volunteers from HELPX or Work-away to stay with us for a week and work together on community projects , hospitality service and alternative media, making videos websites etc.
